Zidarich is a benchmark producer in the Carso, working with native varieties on iron-rich, limestone soils. Benjamin Zidarich farms organically and follows a minimal-intervention philosophy, with extended skin contact and ageing in large Slavonian oak, producing wines of depth, texture, and strong territorial identity.
