About Trogolo Orders
Trogolo is a trading name operated by G&L Concepts Limited.
All wine purchases made through the Trogolo website are sold, fulfilled and dispatched by Petersham Cellar Limited, a licensed UK alcohol retailer.
Petersham Cellar Limited is responsible for:
- the sale of alcohol
- order processing and fulfilment
- bonded warehouse storage
- delivery and shipping
- duty and VAT handling
The shipping terms below therefore apply to wine orders fulfilled by Petersham Cellar Limited on behalf of Trogolo.
Shipping Information
Wines ordered through the Trogolo website are stored and dispatched from Petersham Cellar’s London warehouse, which allows many products to be available for immediate delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within two working days from the date of order.
Some wines may be sourced from trusted suppliers within the UK, which may result in longer dispatch times.
Pre-landing offers, including En Primeur and Anteprima wines, will be delivered once the wines arrive in the UK. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for these products will be indicated where available.
Duty Paid Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £200 to a single UK mainland address.
All other orders are charged £18.00 per UK mainland delivery address.
Deliveries to the following locations may take longer and may be subject to a surcharge:
- Jersey
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Isles of Scilly
- Northern Ireland
- Certain areas of Scotland

When placing your order, you may request that wines are signed for upon delivery or left in a safe place if specific delivery instructions are provided.
Please note that Petersham Cellar Limited cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage once the consignment has been left as instructed.
While every effort is made to achieve stated delivery times, Petersham Cellar Limited cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to:
- UK landing delays
- adverse weather conditions
- supplier delays
- third-party carrier difficulties
Please note that multi-case orders or items placed in the same order may be delivered separately.
In Bond Delivery
Deliveries to a single UK address are charged as follows:
- Free of charge on orders where the value of wine exceeds £200 excluding VAT (only applicable where the wine to be delivered has been purchased via Petersham Cellar)
- £18 including VAT for orders below £200 excluding VAT
- £18 excluding VAT for wines not purchased via Petersham Cellar
Members who have unlocked this benefit may enjoy free delivery to mainland UK addresses, subject to a minimum of six bottles, and only applicable to wines purchased via Petersham Cellar.
*Duty and VAT will be charged at prevailing rates on wines taken out of bond. Handling fees are not included.
Deliveries to Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and certain areas of Scotland may be subject to a surcharge.

Bonded Wine Deliveries
Please note that any wine ordered from bonded status will incur duty and VAT on the whole case, regardless of the quantity requested for delivery.
Any remaining bottles will therefore move to duty-paid status.
