Producer description:

Ferdinando Principiano is one of Barolo’s most thoughtful and progressive producers, based in Monforte d’Alba. Since taking over the family estate in the 1990s, Ferdinando has shifted towards a more traditional and low-intervention approach, farming organically and focusing on expressing the purity of Nebbiolo and the character of each site. In the cellar, he favours gentle extractions and ageing in large oak casks to preserve freshness, finesse and transparency. His wines are known for their precision, energy and authenticity, offering a refined and terroir-driven expression of Barolo.
