Il Paradiso di Manfredi is a tiny 2.5-hectare estate in the heart of Montalcino. Founded in 1958 by Manfredi, a former Biondi Santi worker, the estate was later run by his son-in-law Florio. Today it remains a benchmark for traditional Brunello, made with minimal intervention and a focus on purity and ageing potential.
