Fattoria di Sammontana, Prunecchio 2024

A blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia Bianca, harvested by hand from organically cultivated vines. The grapes are softly pressed before fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. The wine remains in steel on its fine lees for several months and is bottled without clarification or filtration, preserving its freshness and natural character.

Situated near Montelupo Fiorentino, west of Florence, Fattoria di Sammontana is a historic family-run estate whose agricultural roots stretch back several centuries.
