Producer description:

Zidarich is a benchmark producer in Friuli Venezia Giulia, based in the Carso plateau near the Slovenian border. Working organically on limestone soils, the estate is known for low-intervention wines, long macerations and ageing in large oak, producing deeply expressive, terroir-driven wines.
