The palate is layered and slightly oxidative in style, with a savoury edge, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish marked by sea spray and almond notes. A distinctive, terroir-driven white.

Altura is a small, artisanal estate located on the island of Giglio, off the Tuscan coast. Founded by Francesco Carfagna, the winery is dedicated to preserving the island’s ancient viticultural traditions, working with native grape varieties in a uniquely rugged and maritime environment.
