A complex, fully developed Vin Santo with notes of dried apricot, orange peel, honey and toasted almond. Rich and concentrated yet balanced by fresh acidity, with a long, nutty and oxidative finish typical of this traditional style.

Caparsa is a small, traditional estate in Radda in Chianti run by Paolo Cianferoni. Farming organically and working with minimal intervention, he produces authentic, old-school wines that reflect the purity and rustic character of Chianti Classico.
